WHAT SIZE TENT DO I NEED?

CAN I PLACE A TENT ON ASPHALT OR CONCRETE?

Pole tents can only go on asphalt if staking is permitted in the area. Staking is not possible on concrete so pole tents cannot be installed on concrete. Frame tents can be staked or weighed down with water barrels or concrete blocks.

DOES TENT RENTAL INCLUDE INSTALLATION?

Yes.

CAN YOU DELIVER MY RENTALS?

Yes, we can deliver your rentals. We have a $150 delivery minimum. Delivery charges are based on your event location.

CAN I PICK UP MY RENTAL ORDER?

Some items are available for pick up from our warehouse. The amount and type of items can be discussed with your project manager. Proper vehicles will be required for transportation.

DO YOU SET UP AND BREAKDOWN EVERYTHING I RENT?

Everything except tables, chairs, and linens include setup and breakdown in their pricing. We can set up tables, chairs, and linens for an additional charge.

WILL PRE PROVIDE A SITE VISIT PRIOR TO MY EVENT?

Yes, we prefer to inspect your event venue and review all operational details prior to the event.

WILL PRE PROVIDE AN EVENT LAYOUT FOR MY EVENT?

Absolutely!

WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT DUE FOR MY RENTALS?

The final payment is due no later than the date of delivery.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

We suggest you order no later than three months in advance or the sooner the better.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we require a 50 percent deposit to secure each reservation.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Checks and all major credit cards.
